Shandie Stoddart

Office Manager

Shandie has been part of the Teton Auto Group family since 2012, building a strong career through dedication and a willingness to grow. She began as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk before expanding her skills at Teton Volkswagen, where she took on both accounting and title work. Eventually, she returned to Teton Toyota to continue her work in accounts payable/receivable and warranty processing. Over time, Shandie’s hard work and leadership abilities helped her step into her current role as Office Manager, where she plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.

Her journey is a great example of how commitment and a drive to learn can open doors to new opportunities within the auto group.

Chase Becker

Accessories & Detail Manager

Chase has been part of the Teton Toyota team since 2011, starting his career at just 15 years old as a part-time lot attendant. From there, he became a service porter, then worked his way up to an express service advisor before stepping into a main shop advisor role—a position he held successfully for nearly a decade. Eventually, Chase brought his expertise to the Accessories and Detail Department, where he has since grown into the manager position.

Chase is a strong example of how hard work and leadership can create opportunity. His career path shows that you can build a rewarding future right here in Idaho Falls with dedication and the right mindset. Looking ahead, Chase has his sights set on becoming a Fixed Operations Director for the entire Teton Automotive Group, continuing to grow his skills and leadership in the industry.

About Us

Teton Auto Group was founded in 2005 by Mario Hernandez and Jim Parker with a single Toyota store, 34 employees, and a shared vision rooted in “Mario & Jim’s Principles and Beliefs.” From day one, the mission was clear: deliver an exceptional customer experience, operate with integrity, and create a workplace where employees could grow and succeed.

What started as one dealership has grown into 7 locations across multiple states with over 400 employees, representing brands like Toyota, Volkswagen, and Honda. Over the years, Teton Auto Group has celebrated major milestones, from opening our state-of-the-art Toyota and Volkswagen buildings with thousands of guests in attendance, to weathering storms (literally and figuratively), expanding into new markets, and even earning Toyota’s prestigious President’s Award for top-performing dealerships.

Through all this growth, one thing has never changed: our commitment to people. We’ve built a culture where employees have opportunities to advance their careers, where we support each other through challenges (like keeping our doors open and employees cared for during COVID-19), and where we give back to every community we serve.
